A natural and episodic state of relaxing when a human being is unable to know what is going on in the real world is known as sleep. The difference between sleep and wakefulness is that a sleeping person is unable to react to stimuli. During sleep which happens between repeated periods, the body is either in the REM sleep or the non-REM sleep. The REM stands for the rapid eye movement while in the non-REM there is no rapid eye movement. In case you want to rejuvenate the mind, muscle and immune system, sleep is advisable. The sleep schedule must detail the time all these activities must be done and their respective durations. Small toddlers generally need more sleeping hours than the bigger toddlers. In the schedule, your baby should sleep or about 8-10 hours.
Sleep training the baby is also important. It is good to teach your baby not to cry when sleeping. A parent should develop a sleeping timetable, discover the signal to inform the baby it is time to sleep and invent signs and sounds of informing the baby it is time for sleeping. Sleep training the baby will help the baby sleep through the night without waking up and crying before morning.
The changing of the diapers regularly promote sleep among the toddlers. A child will have an uncomfortable sleep in case he/she is in the wet and dirty diapers. Before putting your child on the bed, make sure he/she is dry and comfortable. Clean diapers also ensure the baby plays comfortably during the day. A tired child as a result of playing will have quality sleep. It is good to change the child diapers for about 5 times in a day. A parent should also ensure he/she uses the quality diapers.
It is advisable to always clean the baby before placing him/her on the bed. Wash the baby, change his/her clothes and oil him/her and you will see a change in the sleep patterns. The child should be in clean pajamas while sleeping. These provide a good sleeping and relaxing environment.
